Getting Here - By Taxi or Transfer
A taxi in Holland is very expensive. At the airport and the station you often see guys trying to get you into cheap taxis. Don’t go for it.
There are different options for you to use when wanting to get a taxi.
UBER - TAXI
Uber offers a taxi for a lot less and it’s easy to use. You can sign in on your computer and/or download the free app. The drivers arrive in just minutes, you can watch them approach on the map within the app, and payment is automatically charged to a credit card on file. When using Uber you need an internet connexion but remember that there is Wi-Fi in a lot of places like at the Airport, Train station, McDonalds and lots of restaurants and bars.
Taxi Service
On this website you can make a reservation for a taxi and they will pick you up wherever you are. The prices are clear and you can choose how to pay. You can also send a message via whatsapp to make the reservation.

Private Transfer
Sometimes I can pick you up at the airport or near the train station. In that case I charge the following fee:
Airport pick-up : € 35,00 + parking costs
Airport drop-off : € 30,00
Bus station (Zeeburg) pick-up : € 15,00 At Zeeburg -I will be waiting for you outside the parking.
Train station/Ferry pick-up : € 10,00
Because it’s impossible to stop or park at the train station, I will pick you up at the ferry on the north side of the city. Behind the central station there is a ferry to cross over to the other side. Make sure you get into the ferry called NDSM. It will take about 11 minutes to cross and you see it getting to the other side. The ferry is free of charge so don’t buy a ticket! I will be on the other side waiting for you.
