In this page you will find information important for you need to know before staying at my house.

Please read through so there will be no surprises on arrival.

Guest Registration
According to the Dutch law I am required to keep a registration of all guests that stay at my Bed & Breakfast.
IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION, please follow this link to fill in the online form as soon as possible. It also contains information so I can prepare for your arrival on the best way possible.

Check-in & Check-out

I’m sure you understand that there is no 24 hour welcome desk and that I also have my work and other appointments that I call ‘my life’. So that I can plan for your arrival and be prepared to greet you, let me know about your time of arrival as soon as this information becomes available. I will always do my best to fit your prefered time of arrival in my schedule.

Check-in is possible between 8am and 10pm. Although when you arrive before 2pm, it’s only for bag drop off at  the door and to get the key code. Please note you cannot stay here or take a shower when arriving before 2pm. Your room is ready for you after 2pm. Check in after 22:00 (10 pm)? Please ask before booking. 

Check-out at 11am. If you need more time, please let me know. You can store the bags here if you want.

Smart Lock I have a Smart Lock to open the door. That means that you need to download the app. You can do that before arrival or when you get here. You will need an invitation code to activate your access to the lock. If you have the app, ask for the invitation code. Click here to download the app from the App Store.

Breakfast As a part of the experience of feeling home, you can make your own breakfast and everything you need will be available for you to help yourself. There is coffee and tea and juice, milk, yogurt, cereals, jam, peanut butter, chocolate paste, honey, sirup, bread buns, pancakes….shall I go on? I’ll make sure you get what you need to start your day in Amsterdam feeling comfortable and happy. Price of breakfast is € 10,00 per person per day. If you wish to get your own things for breakfast, there is a fridge available for you to keep everything fresh. Coffee and tea will be provided for free. The kitchen is only available for preparing breakfast from 7am to 12pm (except on check out day, that is until 11 am). If you want to sit in the living room/kitchen to have a meal after 12 pm, please ask before doing so. The living room is part of my private area when not used for breakfast.
